A Family-Owned Contractor in Lane County

Final Touch Construction was founded on a simple belief: homeowners and business owners deserve a contractor who listens, communicates clearly, and takes pride in every detail. We are a family-owned and family-operated company based in Eugene Springfield and surrounding Lane County areas, Oregon. Our founders bring 10 years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling, and our business has operated under the Final Touch name since 2023.

We know that inviting a contractor into your home or workplace requires trust. We earn that trust through honest pricing, licensed and insured work, and a steady commitment to quality from the first meeting to the final walkthrough.

BUILT WITH CARE.
FINISHED WITH PURPOSE.

Hi, my name is Jacob Freeman. I started Final Touch Construction to help homeowners in the Eugene, Springfield and Junction City area bring their home goals to life. I’m detailed, thorough, and experienced in the construction field. From small repairs to big projects, I enjoy working in the trades and taking pride in quality workmanship. Please feel free to reach out via call, text or email. Thank you!

Our Story

Our company grew from years of working on projects across Lane County and hearing the same needs again and again. Homeowners wanted bathrooms that felt modern and worked well in damp weather. Families wanted fences that offered privacy without sacrificing curb appeal. Business owners wanted painting and finish work that looked professional and caused minimal disruption. Final Touch was created to meet those needs with a team that treats each project with care.

Our Values

Our work reflects a few core principles that guide every decision we make:

Honesty

We provide free, written quotes that explain scope, materials, and timelines clearly.

Quality

We focus on careful preparation, precise measurements, and clean finishes that last.

Respect

We protect your home, respect your schedule, and clean the job site before we leave.

Accountability

Our family name stands behind every project, and we answer for our work.

Licensed, Insured, and Accountable

Credibility matters in construction. Final Touch Construction holds an Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) license, and carries full insurance on every project. Those credentials protect our clients and reflect our commitment to following state requirements. We are happy to provide documentation upon request.
